Wykroty ((ドイツ語:Waldau)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogrodziec, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) – TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed in accordance with the post-World War II Potsdam Agreement among United Kingdom, United States, and Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. In accordance with the agreement the native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles. It lies approximately north-west of Nowogrodziec, west of Bolesławiec, and west of the regional capital Wrocław. The village has a population of 1,748. ==References==
